Amazon has added 1,000 books, games, educational apps, movies and TV shows to Kindle FreeTime Unlimited, the service for kids that it launched six months ago. The service is a subscriber-based optional extension to a free feature for Kindle Fire tablet owners.

The new offerings include kids’ titles from Disney, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Electronic Arts, including “Where’s My Mickey?”; Warner Bros.’ LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-4; Dr. Seuss’ “The Cat in the Hat Comes Back” from Oceanhouse Media; “Plants vs. Zombies” by EA; and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt’s “Curious George at the Zoo.”
