The NY Times reports the venerable English train is set to receive a multimillion dollar upgrade from Mattel, which purchased the preschool entertainment and toy franchise from Hit Entertainment for $680 million last year.
Included in this is four more apps in the coming months, upping the total to almost 20 Thomas-related apps available.
